At Breakthrough & Rise Global, I help individuals and organizations build connected, high-performing teams through leadership development, coaching, and communication-focused workshops.
Too often, people are promoted into leadership roles without ever being taught how to lead people. I work with new and emerging leaders to help them build the confidence, communication, and connection skills that create healthy teams and strong workplace cultures.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience leading global and cross-functional teams, my approach blends practical leadership strategy with a warm, human-centered style. As an Elite Certified True Colors Facilitator, leadership coach, and researcher in organizational leadership, I focus on helping leaders strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, and create environments where people feel supported and engaged.
